VENTURA, Calif. – The first of the El Niño storms is already having an impact on Ventura County. A series of storms is expected from Tuesday, Jan. 5 through Friday, Jan. 8.
Voluntary evacuations are already in place in Camarillo Springs and mud or debris flows are possible in any of the recent burn areas.
